Prestige Ocean Crest sits in Dona Paula, Goa — a location that is almost impossible to ignore. With the ocean opening up directly from the windows, the view naturally became the starting point for the design.
For our client, Madhukar, this was meant to be a holiday home, so the space needed to feel relaxed, warm and distinctly different from a city residence. The ocean inspired the use of blue through the living spaces, while vibrant red adds energy and personality to the children’s room and selected accents.
A large part of the design came from repurposing the client’s existing furniture from their Mumbai home. Rather than replacing everything, we reworked the pieces, moved them into new settings and designed around what they already owned.
A new Goa home created largely from an existing collection, keeping the budget sensible while giving the furniture a completely new life.
